  4. What is unconscious bias training and how does it work?
  5. Why are so many accounting firms introducing it?
  6. What are the benefits and drawbacks of de-biased hiring?
  7. What’s a more effective way of tackling unconscious bias in recruitment, and in company cultures more widely?
  8. What next steps can firms easily take to make hiring processes fairer?
