Terms and Conditions for AIR Membership
Accounting Influencers is an exclusive community for accounting professionals led and directed by Rob Brown and Martin Bissett from the above address.
All members are issued with the Accounting Influencers Code of Conduct in the Welcome Pack and it is expected for all members to maintain this Code of Conduct at all times. Any demonstrable breach of this code of conduct can lead to the termination of membership without notice.
Regardless of whether our members are on monthly or payment plans, each membership is for a period of 12 months. After the initial 12 months, membership can be terminated at any time by either party with one month’s notice in writing. An ‘in writing’ notice can constitute notice given by email, text or physical letter.
Accounting Influencers Limited reserve the right to suspend membership and recover overdue monies if membership fees are not paid in the month that they fall due.
Accounting Influencers Limited reserves the right to increase fees at their discretion but will not do so prior to giving members at least one month’s notice of such increase. Any member can upgrade or downgrade their levels of membership through the tiers of AIR Global, AIR Business and AIR First at any time throughout the year without financial penalty.
AIR members must not, at any time, send unsolicited or inappropriate messages to other members on the AIR Base (database) or include other members’ data in any marketing efforts.
AIR members are forbidden to share, sell or misuse any other AIR member’s data.
The English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, arising from or relating to membership of AIR and/or other commercial agreements with Accounting Influencers Limited.
